Thanks everyone for sending messages to uplift our moral and encouraging us through our website .  I am proud as well grateful to the Indian Navy which has given me the opportunity to be a part of Indian Navy Expedition to Dakshin Dhruv or the Geographical South Pole.After scaling Moutn Everest which is also considered as the tird pole of our planet,I always thought whether i will get chance to reach another pole of the earth or not .But fortunately the opportunity knocked at my door when i came to know that Indian Navy is sending expedition to the South Pole and i got selected in the team.

After this we went through the ski training on the ice cap of Greenland in Arctic circle and a physical conditioning expedition in Himalayan region
